A growing Property Management department is seeking a well-organised, proactive Site Visit Agent. This role offers an opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic business.

With a strong focus on people and customers over the past 21 years, the company aims to hire someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, candidates should have previous experience as a Site Visit Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting development visits
  • Recording findings on an iPad
  • Obtaining electrical meter readings
  • Identifying necessary repairs (both reactive and proactive)
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Meeting with property owners and addressing their queries
  • Assessing completed repairs
  • Attending development visits with Residents Committees
  • Communicating effectively with Associate Directors

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Interest in property management/maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Competence and confidence in using iPad apps

This position reports to an Associate Director and is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service model, adhering to the company’s customer excellence charter.
