Site Supervisor, Aberdeen, Salary £40,000 to £44,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime, 30 Days Holiday, Company Pension, Life Assurance & More!
Site Supervisor required to form part of a site-based engineering team working for an esteemed facilities management company based in Aberdeen’s City Centre. The Site Supervisor will come from an electrical background and hold their 18th edition.
Site Supervisor will receive:

Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and audit the site engineers work, generating reports using the company’s CAFM system.
- Assist the Contract Manager when necessary.
- Efficiently manage and conduct daily meetings and plantroom checks.
- Arrange and delegate static engineers’ daily tasks.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, including testing and periodic checks on systems.
- Address electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification.
- City & Guilds/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 2382 (BS 7671).
- Previous experience within the facilities management sector.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Low Voltage (APLV) & High Voltage (APHV1) would be desirable.
