Small Works Site Manager

Your new companyMain contractor with a busy order book over the next years to come. Established across the Aberdeen area with deep roots in the local construction industry, as well as seeing growth in a variety of regions further south within the country.Your new roleAs a small works site manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of construction projects in the Aberdeen / Aberdeeshire area up to the valuation of £2m. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have at least 3+ years experience managing construction projects within the commercial sub-sector - ideally, retail fitouts, commercial new builds or high grade refurbishments. To support your application for this role, you must have a manager's CSCS card, SMSTS & in date First Aid qualification.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a start with an already established main contractor with exciting growth plans over the next few years.
