THE ROLE - Sales/Customer Support Representative

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a busy sales team in a globally successful energy sector equipment manufacturer in Aberdeen.

You will need to possess clear communication skills and be confident working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a 1st class service.

You day to day work will be varied and include maintaining quotations, processing customer orders, direct customer liaison and order progress reporting.

DUTIES - Sales/Customer Support Representative

  • Receive, review and respond to Customer requests for Spares enquiries.
  • Cross reference customer requirement with applicable customs regulations.
  • Process Customer order entries including progress reporting to customers.
  • Maintain Customer quotes, Sales Orders and communication internally.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Investigate delays and technical issues relating to orders on customer behalf.
  • Keep abreast of industry pricing to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Ensure complaints and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly Customer sales reports.
  • Liaise internally to follow up on Spares orders as required.

BACKGROUND - Sales/Customer Support Representative

  • Secondary school education or higher
  • Computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
