HP4 Recruitmentare currently working witha Large Accident Repaircentre in Aberdeen, We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Cosmetic Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing cosmetic repairs on vehicles that have been involved in accidents. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair techniques.
  • Perform cosmetic repairs such as paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and dent repair.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint using various techniques.
  • Blend and match paint colours for a seamless finish.
  • Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cosmetic Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in cosmetic repair techniques such as paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and dent repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ideally clean driving record.
  • Certification or training in auto body repair is a plus.
