Providing expert economic and business consulting services to a wide range of energy industry clients.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Hybrid
Projects: Hydrogen / CCS / Decarbonisation

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve strategic objectives, including
- Involved in techno economic analysis
- Conduct analytics, assess key data, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and government bodies.
- Interview industry experts and mentor, coach, and support team members.
- Produce innovative research to provide groundbreaking insights for the energy transition sector, collaborating with private equity investors.
- Drive business development by contributing to relevant global proposal topics.
- Support Early Advisory marketing efforts and content creation.
- Contribute to improving internal operations, focusing on efficiency and performance.
- Coach and develop team members to foster growth
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the energy industry, either as a consultant or engineer.
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in management consulting and early-stage techno-economic studies.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
