New role just in for a HR Systems Coordinator. If you have experience on HiBob, Workday or similar and could provide support to our HR team with keeping the system updated then we would love to hear from you. This role is a 15 month maternity cover fixed term contract based in Aberdeen.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:•    Administer and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HiBob), Learning Management System (LMS) and sick leave system, including Data entry, data integrity, data audit, and data security.•    Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on the HRIS, including troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and ensuring user satisfaction.•    Generate and analyze reports and dashboards from the HRIS and provide insights and recommendations to HR management and stakeholders.•    Identify and implement opportunities for HRIS improvement, enhancement, and optimization, in alignment with HR and business objectives.•    Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure the HRIS is integrated with other systems and platforms, and to perform system upgrades, testing, and maintenance.•    Stay updated on HRIS trends, best practices, and legal requirements, and ensure the HRIS complies with relevant policies and regulations•    Support and oversee compliance of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and HCM module in ERP System including all system integrations•    Act as liaison to relevant roles and department•    Administer user lifecycle and other HR related tasks

Requirements:•    Knowledge of and experience working with HRIS as well as solid general systems knowledge
