In this key role, youll provide parts solutions to a range of customers, Working in a fast-paced environment, youll build relationships, manage inventory, and contribute to the smooth running of the parts department.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting customers by phone, email, and face-to-face with parts enquiries.
- Identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct parts.
- Collaborating with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
- Managing stock levels, picking and packing orders, and organising deliveries.
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers to support repeat business.
