Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team immediately on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR processes.


Responsibilities

- Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records

- Assist in HRIS management and maintenance

- Support various administrative tasks within the HR department

-Preparing employee letters, contracts of employment

-Working with mail merges


Requirements

- Proficient in HR processes and practices

- Strong administrative skills
