Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Aberdeen or Glasgow, onsite 2-3 days a week
Day Rate: Between £400 and £475 per day
Clearance:Eligible for SC Clearance
Start: ASAP

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.
After some recent project wins, they are looking to bring on Senior Network Engineers on a contract basis to support their customer. You will be required to be onsite in either Aberdeen or Glasgow 2-3 days a week.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in field-based or consulting roles.
- CCNP certified with expertise in Routing, Switching, Security, and Data Center (Nexus).
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and enterprise network troubleshooting.
- Proficient in WAN technologies and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISR/ASR Routers, Hyperflex, UCSx, ASA Firewalls, and Switching (3850/3650/2960X/4500X).
- Expertise in Cisco Nexus (5K/7K/9K), VTP, STP, VSS, vPC, and VDC.
- Skilled in IPSec VPNs, Cisco FirePOWER IPS/Threat Defence, SD-WAN, DNAC, Prime, and Wireless (C9800 series).
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Because of the nature of the customer to be considered for this role you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
