Do you have a background in business support or administration, seeking a new opportunity within a dynamic team offering internal training and support to aid your development?

On offer is the opportunity to be part of a market-leading company committed to enhancing fire safety solutions within the Oil & Gas, Marine & Shipping and the Renewable energy sectors providing equipment and technical components.

This varied role involves managing paperwork for incoming and outgoing goods, updating the Sales/PO Tracker, and informing clients about order changes. You will be processing purchase orders on, maintaining client accounts, and providing general admin support.

This role would suit someone with a background in business support or administration within an Engineering or Industrial sector looking to join an 8-4:30 role, no shifts, no weekends.

The Role

  • Documentation and Tracking, Generate and maintain necessary documentation for goods receivables and deliveries
  • Procurement and Vendor Management, Process purchase requisitions and POs using Sage 50, manage vendor accounts
  • General Business Support: Provide administrative support, including sorting mail, monitoring supplies, and assisting with documentation
