Position: Exports Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized Exports Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves coordinating multi-modal export operations for our energy industry clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various modes of transport and a strong understanding of export logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Multi-Modal Export Operations: Manage shipments using various modes of transport (road, sea, air) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Manage Shipments for Energy Industry Clients: Handle the logistics for clients in the energy sector, ensuring their specific needs are met.Ensure Compliance with Export Regulations and Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.Liaise with Clients, Carriers, and Other Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and other parties to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.Handle Issues During the Export Process: Address and resolve any problems that occur during the export process to ensure successful shipment completion.Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:001-hour lunch breakBenefits:
