This is a senior role, supporting the Board directly which will enable you to shape and drive this part of the business. **The role**

You will be the single source for contracts as well other legal support, as required, and you鈥檒l enjoy working with a high degree of independence. You will thrive in advising the Board when reviewing all aspects of commercial contracts, including MSA鈥檚, vendor, client, and personnel contracts. You will have experience of negotiating terms and conditions and be a strong influencer and team player. As well as contracts, you will on occasion be asked to advise on other commercial areas of the business. The role is a global role, so previous international exposure, together with experience within Oilfield Services is essential.

路 Proven background in a Contracts/Commercial law role, qualified as a Legal Practitioner e.g. Solicitor
