The Role

You will oversee engineering services and maintenance programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. This includes managing contractors, developing maintenance strategies, and overseeing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure planned and reactive maintenance is effectively tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure assets are maintained in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage planned maintenance, remedial works, and contractor operations
  • Oversee and optimise the CMMS, ensuring accurate records of maintenance tasks, breakdowns, and remedial work
  • Support capital expenditure planning for depots and terminals
  • Oversee high-risk activities and ensure health & safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant engineering qualification
  • Experience in engineering management within hazardous industries
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, maintenance planning, HSE regulations, and contractor management
  • H&S qualification or equivalent expertise
