Role: Freelance Site Engineer
Location: Aberdeen
Duration: 13 Weeks (Starting 6th Jan)
The Opportunity:
Our client, a respected construction contractor, is seeking a Freelance Site Engineer for a groundwork project in Aberdeen. Tasks include excavation, pipework installation, cable ducting, electrical connections, and commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site teams effectively.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings.
- Solve on-site challenges proactively.
- Maintain positive relationships on and off-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety practices.
Requirements:
- HNC qualification or higher.
- Proven experience in construction, especially groundwork.
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
What’s on Offer:
- £25-£35/hour DOE.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- 13-week contract.
