Key Responsibiltiies:
- Efficiently manage and process POs to ensure timely procurement of goods
- Arrange and book travel accomodation, including flights, hotels, and transport
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars etc.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
