As a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital ward and its staff.
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure efficient management of ward resources.
- Drive clinical excellence in patient care.
- Enhance customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and support the nursing team in meeting clinical governance standards.
- Maintain professional conduct in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Annual salary of up to 35,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

- Registered Nursewith valid NMC Registration.
- Experience in acute nursing care.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Up-to-date knowledge in your area of practice.
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
