Payroll Administrator

Reed is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator on behalf of a well-respected organisation based within central Aberdeen. This opportunity offers a permanent full-time opportunity working within a friendly and sociable team. Experience processing end-to-end payroll is essential. 

This is an exciting new opportunity to support a growing organisation in Aberdeenshire as they step into a new chapter after acquiring new contracts with well-respected household names. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Input daily timesheets into the system
  • Prepare the weekly paysheet for central team
  • Managing absence
  • Calculating and administering SSP, SMP and SPP
  • Maintaining holiday tracker
  • Managing and resolving queries via telephone and email
  • Supporting with audit process
  • Managing various payroll related spreadsheets
  • Adhering to strict GDPR regulations
  • Calculating back payments and overtime
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience within a payroll position
  • Understanding of MS Office including Excel
  • A results-driven individual
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Experience with CIS desirable
