Your new companyHays are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading construction company based in Aberdeen, recognised both locally and internationally within their specialist area. Due to an increase in demand on the existing payroll operations, the requirement for an additional Payroll Administrator has become available on a permanent, full time basis.Your new roleIn your new role, you will be a key member of the wider payroll team to support in daily high volume processing of end to end weekly payroll. This will include payroll information upload, calculating variable costs; through to payments processing and managing any queries raised both internally and externally regarding payroll. You will be expected to produce and maintain accurate payroll reports that can be reviewed by senior stakeholders within the business, meeting strict deadlines and implementing policies.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will be a motivated individual who can demonstrate a core understanding of end to end payroll processing and have a willingness to progress their payroll career as part of a wider team.
