Job Title: Provider Compliance Manager

Salary: Competitive

Location: Fully remote with home office allowance, based out of Aberdeen

Travel: UK and International travel required, up to 6 weeks abroad per year

Pension: 9.5% employer contribution / 8.5% employee contribution

Holidays: 25 days + 8 public holidays, rising to 30 days + 8 public holidays after 5 years

Role Purpose:

To provide an effective continual improvement and compliance management service to all UK & International Approved Training Providers, with a particular focus on the UK and some international provision when required.

Business Outcomes:

To be successful in this role, the post holder must:

1. Ensure UK & International providers deliver licensed products and services (including the Scholarship provision) to the required quality while adhering to the appropriate standards and compliance criteria.

2. Focus on the delivery of UK licensed products and services (including the Scholarship provision) to ensure the delivery, facilities, and resources meet the required quality standards.

3. Promote all products and services and explore potential opportunities for growth with existing and new providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver ongoing provider auditing and support for all licensed products and services (including Scholarship) in accordance with the appropriate standards and compliance criteria.

2. Implement a culture of continuous improvement with providers in the delivery of all licensed products and services, with a particular focus on UK products and services and Scholarships provision.

3. Assist the provider network (including Scholarship) with the implementation and monitoring of provider improvement plans and follow-up audits as required.

4. Work in harmony with the UK Provider Compliance Management Team to standardise the UK & International provider network (including Scholarship) and support the Senior Provider Compliance Manager to improve the quality assurance processes.

5. Collaborate with the Head of New Entrants, Head of Products and Product Managers, and the Head of Commercial to support and enhance the quality assurance of the UK & International Licensed Approved Training Provider and Scholarship network.

6. Gather intelligence and feedback opportunities to further increase the use of products.

7. Other responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned.

Role Parameters:

• No line management responsibility but may be required to deputise for the Senior Provider Compliance Manager (while outside the UK or on holiday), and assist with mentoring, supporting, and training new team members as required.

• Extensive travel required, both in the UK and internationally, to meet business needs.

• Home-based in the UK with reasonable flexibility of working arrangements.
