Cammach are currently recruiting for a People Service Administrator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a temporary basis and offers hybrid working.

ROLE

Reporting to the People Services Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Services department in delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and employee interactions, ensuring that our People Services processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and will assist with various People Services related tasks, including onboarding, employee records management and benefits administration. The position is ideal for someone with prior experience in an HR or People services department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Employee onboarding – coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction schedules.
  • Data Management – maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Benefits Administration – Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including healthcare and other perks.
  • General support – provide administrative support to the wider People Services team as needed, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and document management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

  • Previous HR/People Services background is essential.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Minimum of GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
  • A proactive approach.
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint andOutlook.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail is a prerequisite for this role.

Desirable

  • CIPD or NVQ qualification would be beneficial.
  • Experience using Workday.
