Control Systems Engineer/Senior Control Systems Engineer

Overview:
This role involves working with various control systems, managing system modification projects, and conducting installations and testing both onshore and offshore. The position offers opportunities to work with advanced control systems technology and contribute to diverse projects, including those at the forefront of energy transition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, test, install, and commission control systems.
* Work primarily with advanced distributed control systems (DCS) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
* Provide support and implement modifications to existing control and safety systems.
* Perform documentation and design tasks across the project lifecycle.
* Carry out onshore and offshore site work, including commissioning and testing.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
* Minimum BSc or BEng in a relevant field such as Physics, Computing, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
* 2-3 years of experience for Engineer-level roles and 4-6 years for Senior Engineer-level roles.
* Demonstrated ability to handle control system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with distributed control systems (e.g., DeltaV) and safety system implementation.
* Experience with major PLC/SCADA platforms, such as:
o Allen-Bradley PLCs
o Siemens PLCs
o Schneider PLCs
o SCADA platforms like VTScada, Wonderware, or Citect
* Knowledge of subsea production control systems.
* Electronics and hardware experience.
