Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to prepare them for the leasing process, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Lead customers through the lease signing process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Manage the Furniture Leasing Scheme and ensure systems and partner records are accurately updated after lease signing.
  • Actively address queries from colleagues, customers, and partners.
