Our client is seeking a Fabricator / Welder for a temp to perm position in Aberdeen.
The role involves completing various weld set-ups and welds at both the Tern workshop and several onshore sites.
Candidates must have an accredited apprenticeship in fabrication and possess good communication and organizational skills.
The position requires the ability to read fabrication drawings and comply with HSEQ processes.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in fabrication and welding.

Our client is currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder. The role will be based in Aberdeen and is offered on a temp to perm basis.

ROLE:

The work scope includes but is not limited to completing various weld set-ups and welds as required on projects undertaken both within the Tern workshop facility and at several SOS onshore sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be able to read fabrication drawings and fully understand weld symbols.
To be responsible for visually checking their work before welding commences
To ensure stock tag nos. remains marked on the unused materials returned to the steel racks.
Carry out all designated work in a timely manner.
Have an extensive knowledge in all fabrication equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have accredited apprenticeship in fabrication.
Good communication and organisational skills
Understand and be able to comply with all HSEQ processes.
Must be able to understand and interpretate fabrication drawings.
