Job Title: Plumber

A great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a long-term maintenance contract covering domestic properties across Aberdeen. This is a permanent role with consistent work, ideal for someone who is self-sufficient and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Main Duties:
- Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
- Work on both void and occupied homes
- Handle reactive repairs and scheduled PPM tasks
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues as required
- Complete small installations (taps, radiators, pipework, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Use handheld devices to record job updates and completion notes
- Maintain good communication with tenants and internal teams
What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van (essential - mileage reimbursed)
- Proven experience in domestic maintenance, ideally in social housing
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Good customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and professionally
