Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large and complex hotels managing extensive teams .You must be a front facing manager with an operational bias who can lead from the front, inspiring and motivating teams to excel. Stakeholder relationships are key as are the ability to manage the P+L identifying opportunities and driving profitability revenue growth through innovative strategies within the hotel. A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • The Hotel General Manager must have 5-10 years proven successful hotel management experience in a complex Hotel or Holiday Resort environment
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must for the Hotel General Manager.
  • The ideal candidate must have exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • The Hotel General Manager must have excellent strategic planning and the ability to develop and implement long-term business plans
  • Previous responsibility to P&L level and hands-on involvement in all aspects of financial management from budgeting through the analysis, understanding, and communication implementation of budgets managing both risk and opportunities.
  • Community focused and adept at managing our social responsibilities
