Do you have a background in legal accounts and experience as a bookkeeper? Our client, a well-established legal firm, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This role offers the flexibility of working 1-2 days in the office, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage VAT, year-end processes, client and office accounts
- Oversee month-end management and office operations
- Ensure the firm’s financial operations are efficient and compliant with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a legal firm or professional services sector
- Strong knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, regulators, and fee earners
- Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to bookkeeping
