Main Responsibilities as an IT Monitoring Agent
- Ensure timely communication with the appropriate teams, providing detailed incident reports.
- Monitor IT alerts, system notifications, and automated tickets in real time.
- Identify, assess, and escalate critical incidents that may impact business operations or service availability.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or monitoring role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong ticket triage and escalation experience.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Able to guide work of the Dynamics Developers, and product SMEs on the project
