Main Responsibilities as an IT Monitoring Agent

  • Ensure timely communication with the appropriate teams, providing detailed incident reports.
  • Monitor IT alerts, system notifications, and automated tickets in real time.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate critical incidents that may impact business operations or service availability.

Key Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or monitoring role (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong ticket triage and escalation experience.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
  • Able to guide work of the Dynamics Developers, and product SMEs on the project
