I'm currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching assistant to work in a variety of schools covering the Blaenau Gwent area. This SEN Teaching assistant position is looking to start after the February half term, with opportunities for the job developing into a longer term role.

SEN Teaching Assistant role in Blaenau Gwent includes:

To assist SEN pupils in lessons and general academic activities.
Supporting the teacher in dealing with challenging behaviour.
Be able to understand and be empathetic towards pupils and their situations.
Able to be resilient and have a good work ethic.
Help some SEN pupils in 1 to 1 situations.
