What You’ll Be Doing:Join the team as a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, attending call-outs within the paramedic service to support patients who have experienced falls in the community. This is a dynamic, mobile role that blends clinical physiotherapy expertise with emergency response support. In this role, you will:

  • attend to fall-related incidents alongside paramedics
  • assess and treat patients safely within their home or care environment
  • provide rehabilitation and falls prevention advice
  • develop and implement short-term care plans
  • liaise with GPs, carers, and community services to ensure safe and effective follow-up
  • contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred care

Requirements & Qualifications:To succeed in this role, candidates will need:

  • a current and valid HCPC registration
  • experience in community physiotherapy or falls prevention
  • confidence working independently in a fast-paced, mobile setting
  • excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time applicants. The contract is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
