Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Administration Assistant to work for a legal service in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Role: Administration Assistant

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Hours: Full time - Permanent (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks
  • Schedule and organise tradesmen
  • Assist in project management
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
  • Input invoices and make payments to suppliers
  • Offer essential support to a busy office workplace by carrying out tasks efficiently

About you:

  • Must enjoy working in a busy office environment, always maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and use initiative during demanding periods
  • Articulate and efficient communicator, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to travel to and work from all our offices as required
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to problem solve, enjoys a challenge
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive work attitude
