Reed is currently recruiting for a well-regarded and established business in South Oxfordshire, for an Administration Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our Finance Manager and Office Manager in delivering professional and efficient support services within our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the operations of the office.
- Schedule and organise tradesmen for maintenance and operational needs.
- Assist in project management and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
- Input invoices and execute payments to suppliers.
- Offer essential support to a busy office environment by carrying out tasks efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work in a busy office environment, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to prioritise and multitask, especially during demanding periods.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel to and work from all our offices as required.
- Reliable and trustworthy with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
