About the Role: We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client based in Abingdon. The role is working within their SEN department supporting with administration around EHCPs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately input and manage data in spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted.
  • Document Handling: Upload, organize, and maintain documents related to SEN students' daily routines, medications, and any incidents.
  • Daily Routine Recording: Record detailed information about the daily activities of SEN students
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SEN team to ensure all data is collected and recorded efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data handling complies with relevant regulations and school policies.
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to the SEN team as required.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Experience in further education or working in a school setting
  • Familiarity with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is a bonus
  • Previous administration experience, with the ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently
