ADMINISTRATOR - UP TO £33K HOURLY EQUIVALENT - ASAP START DATE - 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT- HYBRID - ABINGDON

Robert Half are thrilled to be working exclusively with a cutting edge organisation in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Administrator to join their team for a 3 month assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key administrator of the system, including adding new users, assigning courses, and troubleshooting any system issues.
  • Generate monthly training compliance reports, tracking completion rates and identifying areas for improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to schedule training sessions in company calendars, ensuring adequate planning and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a regulatory environment desirable, but not essential.
