Business Development Executive

Our client is a nationwide signage and marketing suite provider for some of the most well-known house builders across the UK, with locations in Oxford, London and Northamptonshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team! The business prides themselves on a sales approach that is consultative - one that you'll have the benefit of learning as you grow with them.

Role:

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to generate new business for the company via the phone, email and social media
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting a new client to closing the deal
  • Liaise with the Sales Director to enhance your work and learn from their expertise
  • Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
  • This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression opportunities into more senior roles

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Resilient with a growth mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
