What's involved?
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes for all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
- Manage and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee all repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and expenses
- Develop and manage the maintenance department budget
