An experienced Carpenter is needed to join a maintenance team focused on high-quality service for tenants' homes in South Oxfordshire.
The role involves various carpentry repairs, including 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, installation of windows and doors, and UPVC servicing.
Candidates should have experience in locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting, and other general maintenance tasks such as plumbing and plastering.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in carpentry is required, or candidates must possess at least an NVQ level 2 qualification.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our Clients in house Maintenance team who are focused on providing a high quality maintenance service to their Tenants homes in the South Oxfordshire

As a Carpenter you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in properties as part of the Responsive Repairs Team and elsewhere depending on demands.

1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external.
UPVC servicing and installation
Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery.
Other duties to include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance tasks.

What you'll need:

You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector and must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 OR have a minimum of 5 years proven track record working in carpentry.
