JT18 - Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Carpenter All-rounder)Location – OxfordSalary - £38,000OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer/Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. The successful candidate will work as part of the Mobile Support Team to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive and call out to all carpentry and engineering call outs. All successful candidates are required to be flexible in their approach to working hours due to the reactive nature of the business. Successful candidates must be available for interview on 25/11/19.Key Responsibilities

To work as part of the Mobile Support Team supplying carpentry/building fabric support and response engineering competency to external clients.
To carry out Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Services.
To provide detailed reporting with predictive times for remedial and chargeable works, and life cycle condition reporting.
To provide a high level of technical and hands on support in the provision of our service delivery and the daily communication with our clients and office staff.
Working as a key part of the Mobile Support Team, and key interface with Facilities Maintenance Clients.
To carry out all works in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness.
Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation.
To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests associated with roofing services and associated systems or items.
Must be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the clients.
To respond to callouts and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with the services aspects of the contract as required.
Assist other trades as necessary.

Essential

Carpentry qualified/skills with additional fabric knowledge.
Health and Safety Training.
UK Driving Licence.
