As a Sales Manager, you will need to:
路Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
路Maximise revenues and grow the property register
路Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
路Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
路Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1鈥檚, reviews and morning meetings
路Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
The ideal candidate will:
路Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
路Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
路Be able to work effectively managing a team
路Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
路Display high standards of service and presentation
路Have good organisational skills
路Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
路Be a car owner with a full driving licence
路Be insured for business use
路Have the legal right to work in the UK
