Managed Services Sales Consultant

Abingdon - Hybrid

£30k - £35k + OTE

Summary

We are looking for a proactive sales individual with a passion for technology, to join our sales team on a permanent basis. The successful person will have the opportunity to join a thriving team and marketplace, to sell our managed services product set including telephony, connectivity and IT services to current accounts and new business prospects in the B2B marketplace.

We are a leading provider of IT, Wi-Fi, and business telephony solutions, catering to businesses and care homes across the UK. With a focus on delivering innovative and reliable technology services, as a company we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for organizations looking to enhance their IT & communication infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of current clients with unified communication solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Cold Calling and Lead Hunting
  • Use current customer base to increase average revenue per customer
  • Manage and coordinate key activities between the business and the customer. Promote the full range of solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings to meet client needs
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3+ years selling Managed Services Solutions/Unified Communications/Connectivity Customer focused

  • Commercially aware

Proficient in the following

  • Microsoft 365 apps
  • CRM systems
  • Proposal Software (such as Pandadoc)
