I am seeking an immediately available and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join one of my favourite clients on a temporary basis that operates in the Science industry. The ideal candidate will showcase excellent customer service skills, be able to handle administrative tasks, and be an effective communicator.

Description

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Continuously improving through feedback

Profile

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
