I am seeking an immediately available and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join one of my favourite clients on a temporary basis that operates in the Science industry. The ideal candidate will showcase excellent customer service skills, be able to handle administrative tasks, and be an effective communicator.

Description
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Continuously improving through feedback

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
- Strong administrative skills, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- An understanding of customer service principles and practices
