Description
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and occasionally to the wider Senior Management Team
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage projects and conduct research as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
