Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an organisation based in Abingdon to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and very generous holiday allowance!
Business Partnering and team management experience is essential for this role.
Primary responsibilities;
- Management of the organisation's finances and advising on various financial issues.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective relationships are built, maintained, and strengthened further
- Manage the FBP team and ensuring effective delivery is maintained
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate reports.
- Work with management accounting team to pull together month end reports
- Present financial information and take queries from non financial professionals
Key experience and attributes;
- Business partnering experience
- Team management experience
- Month end/Management accounts experience
- Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
