SummaryWe are looking for a proactive sales individual with a passion for technology to join our IT Managed Services sales team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a thriving team and marketplace, selling IT managed services and related products to both existing accounts and new business prospects in the Care Industry and B2B sectors.

This position focuses on delivering innovative and reliable technology services to enhance IT and communication infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage current IT Services clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities.
  • Launch new products as part of the business portfolio.
  • Leverage the existing customer base to increase average revenue per customer.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Develop new revenue streams and increase market share through a broad product portfolio of cutting-edge solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in selling and managing IT/Software Services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and security.
  • Proven customer focus, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing annuity revenue within a business.
  • Competitive and confident approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
