As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will provide strategic leadership in driving a world-class people strategy, shaping a scalable, innovative, and high-performance HR infrastructure across this organisation’s global operations.

As the Global People Director you will:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of a global people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and ELT on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with global employment laws.
  • Shape and maintain a high-performance, purpose-driven culture.
  • Drive talent development and oversee learning and development programmes.
  • Manage employee relations and lead change management initiatives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
  • Develop and manage the global people budget in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Contribute to ELT’s strategic discussions and keep leadership informed of HR developments.
  • Engage in external benchmarking and continuous improvement within the HR field.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent CIPD qualification (Level 7 minimum).
  • Extensive experience leading global HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership to shape organisational strategy.
  • Expertise in change management and developing people-focused strategies.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple countries with diverse employment laws.
  • Strong command of HR systems and best practices for performance management and compliance.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR technology solutions.
