Day-to-day of the role:
  • Advising managers on all aspects of people management, including policy and procedures, and best practice.
  • Leading on employee relations matters with confidence and care, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that contribute to long-term operational goals.
  • Contributing to an open, values-led culture where people can thrive and feel motivated.
