Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking an HR Generalist with solid experience, preferably in the education or public sector, to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive, solution-focused mindset who is capable of building trusted relationships at all levels.
Day-to-day of the role:- Advising managers on all aspects of people management, including policy and procedures, and best practice.
- Leading on employee relations matters with confidence and care, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
- Supporting the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that contribute to long-term operational goals.
- Contributing to an open, values-led culture where people can thrive and feel motivated.
- Solid generalist HR experience, preferably in education or public sector.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- CIPD qualification Level 5 or equivalent.
