1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Our Client is currently looking for looking for a dynamic 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their IT team. You will provide essential technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users.
  • Install and configure Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Perform PC hardware repairs and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications (2013 version).
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Exchange environments.
  • Provide support for MacOS users.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of systems and software.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the support ticketing system.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with CompTIA A+ certifications or equivalent experience.

Key Skills:

  • Windows 10 installation and configuration.
  • Office 365 (2013 version) management.
  • Active Directory and Exchange experience.
  • PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • MacOS support experience.
