About Us:

Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in residential builds and refurbishments. Were seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across Oxfordshire, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Role Overview:

As Site Manager, youll manage day-to-day site operations for residential and refurbishment projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Youll lead subcontractors, monitor progress, and report directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety audits.
  • Supervise and lead site staff and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in site management (residential and/or refurbishment).
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
