Payroll Administrator

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - 6 MONTH FTC - £28k PRO RATA - ABINGDON - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator, to join the team in ASAP offering hybrid working!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
• Calculate basic wages and ensure accurate payroll entries, including overtime, deductions and benefits (including Statutory benefits), pension contributions.
• Help maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Update employee payroll information in the payroll preparation process.
• Maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure accurate employee data.
• Generate standard payroll reports for internal use.
• Assist in preparing data for annual payroll reports and tax filings.
• Support the Payroll Manager in providing data for audits.

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience processing payroll.
• Good attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with large amounts of data.
