Description

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the credit control process and ensuring timely payments of debts.
  • Building and maintaining close links with all customers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
  • Conducting meetings and negotiations with customers as required to ensure payments are made in accordance with terms.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
  • Providing accounts information to internal departments.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the legal complexities of loans, payments, and interest rates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
